9. Troubleshooting

Problem: Tracker unable to turn ON

Possible Cause:

Resolution:

The power button is not pressed long enough

Press and hold the power button for 3 -5 seconds.

Battery needs to be charge

Recharge the battery for 3 hours.

Problem: Tracker unable to reply with SMS

Possible Cause:

Resolution:

Green LED is flashing (1 second ON and 2 seconds

OFF).

Tracker is not having GSM network.

GSM network is slow.

Some GSM networks slow down during peak period

or when they have technical problems.

Tracker is in Sleep or Power Saving mode.

Turn OFF Sleep or Power Saving mode.

Wrong password or commands send by SMS.

Correct the password or command.

SIM card in the tracker has run out of credit.

Replace or top up the SIM card.
